Important: Our main products are dispatched from the USA. Return addresses may vary by item.
Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return location and issue an authorization.
What’s Eligible for Return
- Unopened / unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Accessories (batteries, chargers, props, hubs, filters, guards) must be unused and uninstalled.
- Combos & bundles must be returned complete with all included items, gifts, and inserts.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance (if stated on the product page).
- Opened software codes, redeemed vouchers, or digital downloads.
- Used items (flown drones, installed props/guards/filters) unless confirmed faulty under warranty.
- Items returned without all original parts, packaging, manuals, or included bonuses.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help fast. Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (including shipping label)
- A brief description of the issue

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees (including express upgrades) are generally non-refundable unless we made an error.
- If the item is returned used, incomplete, or not in original condition, we may reduce the refund or decline the return.
Exchanges
We can help with an exchange where stock is available. The fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address + instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number until your refund is completed.
